Carla Ja is the founder and driving force behind CJSE, a Boutique Sports and Entertainment Agency specializing in brand partnerships, event coordination, and management. Today, CJSE serves a client list that includes athletes, entertainers, and high-profile brands across the United States.

Founded in 2013, CJSE specializes in the production of sports, entertainment, and corporate events. For Live Nation’s House of Blues Houston, for example, The CJSE team produced and managed a series of live performances, along with comedy shows and additional special programming.

CJSE excels at the coordination of celebrity appearances. The company also brings extensive experience to community outreach, managing basketball camps and music festivals for non-profit organizations and corporate entities. With professionalism, vision, and meticulous attention to detail, CJSE coordinates each aspect of an event, including travel and acquisition of talent, making sure, without exception, to deliver an experience that meets the client’s goals while at the same time being a watchful steward of an organization’s financial resources.

Carla learned how to pitch, package, and produce projects over the course of nearly two decades in the highly regulated and results-driven healthcare industry. Working in such an unforgiving corporate climate, Carla brought the vision to see the big picture while also keeping a careful eye on the bottom line. In an executive leadership role, Carla managed processes and relationships for key stakeholders, also coordinating sensitive data and communications to ensure that medical staff had the resources needed to determine patient medical suitability.

In a host of healthcare settings, Carla excelled at creating innovative and comprehensive solutions to problems and skillfully managing staff.

Today, Carla continues to search for new ways to build on her extensive experience in medicine and communications. Now working in the sports and entertainment industry, Carla designs and produces projects in areas ranging from brand management, business and personal management, public relations, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and event production. These days, Carla is especially excited about her work as an advisory board member for Media Day, Inc., a parent company of FanFaves, Inc. Short for “next generation,” FanFaves.com is a social platform enabling users to create a customized view of interest-based content from both web and social media sources.

Carla is also proud to offer insight and guidance to FanClash.com, an online sports trivia website, and OpenSponsorship.com, an award-winning sponsorship platform that connects athletes and agents.

Carla Ja’s personal brand, in the company with CJSE, is expanding at an exponential rate. Looking forward, Carla is excited to continue to spearhead successful projects, grow her client portfolio, and develop lasting, fruitful relationships.
